Getting Tickets

When can I purchase tickets to each Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party?

Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Thursday, August 3, 2017.

What donor levels receive complimentary tickets to the Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party?
  • Chancellor's Council; Wooden Athletic Fund—Coaches Roundtable; and Wooden Athletic Fund—Grant-in-Aid receive one complimentary ticket to each Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party.
  • Chancellor's Cabinet ($10,000-$24,999) and Wooden Athletic Fund—Bruin Legends receive two complimentary tickets to each Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party.
  • Chancellor's Cabinet ($25,000+); Wooden Athletic Fund—Director's Circle; and Wooden Athletic Fund—John Wooden Benefactor receive four complimentary tickets to each Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party.
Do I still have to register in order to receive my complimentary tickets?

Yes, in order to receive your complimentary tickets, you will need to register for the event before the RSVP deadline. Note some events may sell out prior to the registration deadline.

If I donate to multiple giving levels that receive complimentary tickets, can I combine my complimentary tickets?

The Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party's policy states you cannot combine multiple giving levels to receive additional complimentary tickets. Guests will receive the greater of the eligible number of complimentary tickets. For example, if you donate to the Wooden Athletic Fund — Bruin Legends and to the Chancellor’s Council, you will not be eligible for three complimentary tickets. You will be eligible for two complimentary tickets. If you donate to the Chancellor’s Cabinet ($25,000+) and you also donate to the Wooden Athletic Fund — Director’s Circle, you will not be eligible for eight complimentary tickets. You will be eligible for four complimentary tickets.

What is the RSVP deadline?

All online and phone reservations and cancellations MUST be received by 5:00 p.m. the Wednesday* prior to each Saturday home football game. Onsite registration, if available, carries an additional fee of $15 per person. Please note that only credit cards will be accepted for onsite registration.

*November 24 (Cal) is a Friday. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, reservations must be received by Tuesday, November 21 at 12:00 p.m.

How much are Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party tickets?

Tickets are $50 per adult, $35 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and under, with the exception of the October 21 event. The Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party on October 21 (Oregon) will be $75 per adult, $60 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and under.

Due to university policies, we are no longer able to accept cash or checks for onsite registration; only credit cards will be accepted at that point.

Invitation is limited to 8 guests.

What is the cancellation policy?

To receive a refund, cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m. the Wednesday prior to each home football game. November 24 (Cal) is a Friday. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, cancellations must be received by Tuesday, November 21, at 12:00 p.m.

If I am unable to attend a Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party, may I give my invitation to someone else?

Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party invitations are not transferable.

What happens if it rains?

The Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party will take place rain or shine.

Is there a Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party at away games?

UCLA Alumni Affairs and UCLA Athletics co-host a similar event at away games called "Bruin Bash." The Bruin Bash is UCLA's official pre-game party on the road. Visit alumni.ucla.edu/bruinbash for more information or to sign up.

Will there be on-site registration for the Chancellor's Bruin Game Day Party?

On-site registration is available for events that have not sold out. Only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registration.

What is the Rose Bowl Bag Policy?

The Rose Bowl has a clear bag policy for all events at the stadium. We encourage fans to conform to the policy prior to arriving at the Rose Bowl Stadium.

  • Approved Bags: 12" x 6" x 12" Clear Plastic Bag; 1-Gallon Plastic Freezer Bag; Clutch with Shoulder Strap (clutch may not be larger than 4.5" x 6.5"); Clutch with Wrist Strap (clutch may not be larger than 4.5" x 6.5"); Diaper Bag, as long as accompanied by a child

What items may I not take into the Rose Bowl?

Non-permissible items: Animals; Bags that violate the Bag Policy (see bag policy listed above); Balls, toys or sports equipment; Banners, signs, flags, poles or sticks; Beverage containers larger than 17 oz. (factory sealed plastic bottles of water, 17 oz. or less, are allowed; limit 2 per person); Boxes or wrapped packages; Cans, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages; Coolers; Drones; Glass, metal or hard plastic containers; Helium balloons; Laser pointers; Noisemakers, including thunder sticks, musical instruments, whistles, air horns and boom boxes; Skates, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters or bicycles; Umbrellas; Unauthorized cameras with lenses longer than 3.5 inches, interchangeable or telephoto lenses; Unauthorized video cameras, monopods, tripods or selfie sticks; Unsliced fruits or vegetables; Weapons or projectiles.
